Helpful: A plan

I could think of my own, but I'll just go with this one, from Iraq veteran Bryan Lentz who's running for Congress as a Democrat in 2006. The key points:

1. A timetable for withdrawl is vital.
2. Reconstruction should be managed by the military and Iraqi contractors, not American or multinational corporations.

What do you think?

Hmmm, sounds reasonable. Probably why it isn't being used. Funny how we had a plan for taking over the oil fields and a plan for capturing Saddam, but yet no plan to actually win the war or create peace.
