I'd been looking for a classy drink with Bourbon, and boy have I found it with the old fashioned Manhattan.
Manhattan
2-ish shots Bourbon
1 shot sweet vermouth
2 shakes of bitters
Shake and strain, or stir on the rocks. garnish with cherry.
Bam.
